Sometimes,waiting is a foolish thing

Today I spend a whole day to wait for a reply by someone, but it turn out to be that waiting is a foolish thing. I promise, I will never do the same thing next time. How does this case happen? When I came back to office this morning, the first thing I do is going to check my mail box. As I send a mail to the client last night, and I hope I can get the reply this morning. However, I regret to see nothing in my mail box. I tell myself, maybe he is too busy yesterday, he will reply me once he go to work this morning. They will begin to work on 9 o'clock, I send a "re-send" mail to him on 9:30, but I did not get any reply on 10 o'clock. I am a little impatient, then I try to give him a call, but the line is busy until I dial the third time. He tell me he will reply me soon, pls wait for a moment. Ok, I believe him and I know he is busy, I don't want to push him frequently. I tell myself I should give him more time to deal with such chaos things. Nevertheless, I am really angry that I did not get any reply till now. How foolish I am, I take pains to wait for a unable promise. I will try to get the result by myself,waiting can't get anything, just go ahead!
