The boss' decision

Yesterday, we can't login in the QQ space on our office computer. At first, we take it for granted as the web problem. As for me, that's no influence, I don't write things on it, all the articles are transfered by other's. So I don't take this little case in my mind.
However, when I go to office today, I hear many complaints from my colleagues, as they still can't login in the QQ space, even more they know they can't login it in from now on , that's the decison of boss. A informed person told that boss asked the computer engineer cut off the web line of the QQ space, as he saw many people openning it during the office hour.
When I heard that, I can say nothing more for this decision, I don't think it will do any help for the company. We can't login in the QQ space, we still can play on other kinds of websites. I really think that boss make a foolish decision, if he don't want to employee play on office hour, he should cut off all the web line. Of course, that's the words aim at boss' decison. Any way, it's none of my business, I no need to think much of it.

- Hi, I think someone login in QQ space to do a lot of things which didn`t related to the work,your boss heared it,so he asked the computer engineer to make some limited.But it can bring bad effects to staffs.If I were your boss, I should not do it.

- I think you need to appreciate his concern for the business. Employees need to concentrate on business rather than chat on QQ. The damage can be quite huge in the long run. I am sure, if he knows the address of other websited where the employees play the games, he would cut that off too!!
