Confusing...

Today, our office is very noisy, which make my nerve on edge. What happen?

The following days will have two exhibition in two different places, so the boss assign two group of people to take part in each of the show. At first, it's only an ordinary case in our office. However, when the name list of particpants come out, the problem is appearing.

The packing department have three members, including a newcomer, then the boss send the other two to join in the exhibition, just leave the newcomer on office to deal with the urgent things. You know, our busy season is comming, many things will happen during this period. The production department aware of this problem, and tell the actual situation to the boss that the newcomer can't handle the complicated work, the boss must consider the truth. Nevertheless, the boss ignore the suggestion and insist on his choice, which make many staff annoyed.

I am really confused why the boss must do that, in my mind, I don't think the exhibition can't carry out without the two packing department members, but I know if the factory leave them will be in a chaos. Any way, it's none of my business, as it can't influence my work, that's enough.

Maybe your boss wants to test the newcomer. Looked from the oppisited view, other staff can also challenge themselves.

That may be the most foolish test, I think, as the newcomer still not know the relevant colleagues till now.
