There is no container

Yesterday, when I came back to work, my transportation informed me that they can't pick up the container, and they hope me can communicate with the forwarder to deal with this case.
However, you know most of the company still on their holiday, including the one I want to contact with. I can't do nothing except waiting for their working hours. Nevertheless, my transportation call me time after time, which make me really angry, as I have told that I will deal with the things tomorrow once the forwarder on duty, and give them the answer as soon as possible.
Then the last time I cut off the line, sometimes I really can't control my bad temper, that's the weakness of me. I make a self-reflection later, then I send a sorrty message through the MSN to my transportation, I wish we can understand each other's work much more next time.
Any way, the things have solved today, I hope I can be more talent to solve such case later.
