A little angry

I think every company will have a tea room to provide water(such as tea, coffee) for the employee, of course, including our department. The pure water is supplied by the Water Works, they send us the barrel water reqularly everyday. If we want to drink hot water, we should take the pure water into the water dispenser. That's common sense.
What make me feel angry? Yeah, this kind of job is always done by the cleaner, we never worry about the water problem. And the former cleaner did a good job for it. However, that old lady quit to home to bring up her grandson this year, then we have a unskillful cleaner, how many times we tell her to do that, she ignore our request, which really make us annoyed. But that's not the reason I am angry.
What happen? These days I am busy, and I always forget drinking, that's bad habit I told you before, when I have a break to drink, I find that the drinking machine always lack of water, then I have to fill with the water myself and wait the boiling water a long time. At first, I think I am really black-letter, everytime I want to drink, it happen to without water. However, later I find a truth, if the cleaner did not fill with the water,those my colleague never fill with it even they found there is no water in it.
Then today I have drinking six times, and I fill with the water six times, which make me broke out. I don't know why they take it granted that the water should be in the water dispenser if there is no one to fill with. I just can't understand why they don't fill with the water when they saw there is no water in it, they also need to drink, isn't it!

- Maybe the implementation of the rules is not that completely. Well, think positive, you could work out and keep fit by filling with the water!

- why three bonzes have no water to drink？maybe they lack of rules or regulations,for example today No 1 go to carry water,next day No 2,and turns one by one!
