Calm down...

I told you before that one of my best colleague will quit and leave office, yeah, she have left office and come back to Chongqing last Sunday. Now what happen? There is a newcomer to take charge of her position, who make me really breakdown for her work.
I always take the original data from her, she should give me the correct things, or it will influence all of my following work, that's her job. She is a young girl, who may be not enough 20 years old.
In my eyes, she is not a clever person, as she always does things slowly. Well, I can understand that she is not familiar with the computer. However, yesterday, when I got the data from her side, I found that 90% of them have mistake. I was really angry, but I try to control my temper. Ok, I take it that she is a little unclear with this work.
Um, I go to tell her the mistakes and teach her how to do, then I ask her that if she understand what does I say, and she reply me" Um, I know!". Good! I request her to renew the data to me once again.
What does she do for me? A chaos. The mistakes are still in the same place, which make me shout to her loudly," If you don't know how to do, pls reply me you don't understand, I will teach you one more time, but you told me you know, then do the same mistake, I really can't forgive you!" Then I return to my seat with deep depressed.
Later on, my friend blame me that I will hurt her heart with such big accusing voice in front of so many colleagues. I don't know how to describe my feeling, but maybe I really do excessively to her. Alas, just calm down...

- you should calm down. My opinion is you should be patient if the girl's attitude is good. It's not you fault, neither her.
. All you have to do is more communicate with her.

- maybe the girl thought if would be embarrassed if she said she was still puzzled . If I were you , I would be angry like u did . Just try to calm down next time .

- Firstly,i think u should try to get acquainted with her,then u can know well what is in her mind.As an adolescent,she may tend to be rebellious.Last comes the work.By the way,be more lenient to the youngster who is naive and unsophisticated
