The big dumpling

 Yesterday, My friend Angel and me don't wanted to eat rice, so we decided to make some dumpling by ourselves. In fact, this is the first time we make dumpling without the help of our mother. Anyway, we have the big interest and time to have a try.
 
 First, we go to the shop to buy the flour, then we come back to dorm to do the first step---dough making (Add some salt and egg white with the flour and water). It's ok ,while the dough become smooth. Then put a wet hand towel on the dough, there will be need half or one hour to 醒粉.
 
During the waiting time, we go to market to prepare the fillings, this is the second step. We plan to make 2 kinds of fillings, one is BAOCAI(with the lean meat and mushroom) , the other one is JIUCAI(with the eggs). Of cousre, we also need the soup sticks(with the bone and other condimenti). When we buy the things we we need, we come back to dorm, and begin to prepare the fillings.
 
All are ready now, and the 醒粉 time is enough, we begin to make our first dumpling. In another side, we  make the soup in the electric cooker at the same time. When we finish the dumpling, we can cook them at once.At first, I make the dumpling wrapper, Angel make the dumplings. I have to say that Angel really is a "talent", this is the first time I see a person make dumpling, but it look like BAOZI which make me laugh a whole night. I think I am not good at make dumpling before, as my mother always can't endure the shape of the dumpling I make, and I am always shame for that. But I have the confident to make dumpling with my mother next time, hehe... there is some one worst than me.
 
At last, Angel and me change the actor. we make a good cooperation and finish the work finally. Compare with the dumpling in the market, our dumplings are big enough, it really adapt to man to eat. The last work, take the dumpling in the hot soup, then waiting the cooked time(during this time, you have to add water three times let the soup and dumpling burn time by time.)
 
Maybe it is not more delicious than the restaurant, but we really enjoy it. Dear, if you have time, you can have a try, it really a happy experience.

It sounds funny! In my memory, I once did dumplings with my grandmother. However, when I grew up, I never did it again. Maybe I should have a try someday.

big dumpling?maybe it's not angel’s  mistake,but you wrapper is too big,hehe i think so.i always added a little fillings when i first time make dumpling therefore no big wrapper no big dumpling.
