Some strange customer

These days we have some goods to ship out to Le Havre, France, but it's only 7CBM, as usual, I make a booking about LCL for warehouse to forwarder. And forwarder quickly send me the CFS shipping schedule, and I provide to customer soon. Then just waiting for the LCL warehouse SO, we can deal with this shipment finally.
However, the other day, I received a mail from forwarder which transfer from customer, they can't accept this shipment, as customer urgently need the goods to sale, they prefer to ship out by FCL. You know, a small container at least 25 CBM, or it will be arise the emtpy container fee, and we surely can't accept this additional fee. Then I send the email to forwarder and tell them our opinion. At last, forwarder inform that customer insist on ship out by FCL and send me the CY S/O quickly.
What's happen? I read the schedule, and I find that the ETA TIME(即到达目的港时间） is same to the LCL, I don't know why the customer prefer to cost much more money to have such shipment. It's really confused to me.

- Clearly the customer don't understand the shipment methods. It is your duty to educate them. The container will be mostly empty and container frieght is so high these days. No point in wasting money like this, even if it is your customer's money.
