      By cereals we mean wheat, oats, rye, barley, and all that,which are enrich with vitamins.Eating cereals will give you plenty of fiber in your diet.
 
      However,Various Grains And Cereals porridge for breakfast is easy to make ,but many people regard it as a difficult thing or lazy to try it,they prefer to cook some porridge with nothing rather than spend time to prepare all kinds of grains.In fact,you just buy some kinds of cereals are ok,put it into the electric cooker with some water,and turn on swtiching for several hours.
 
     I have been insisted on cooking cereals breakfast for myself since Sep.2012 till now.At first,i also thought that it's really boring to cook it everyday,and i even began to give up.But when i ate at the canteen for several morning,i think it can't compare with my cereals breakfast,of course our company's canteen also provide free breakfast for all the staffs.but i like to cook for myself, i enjoy my cereals breakfast everyday.and i don't think it's difficult to cook now,and in my eyes,it has already become an easy thing for me.
 
     Enjoying cereals breakfast for almost one year,i benefit a lot from it ,for one thing,at least i have practice my amazing willpower,insist on doing one thing for a long time indeed depends largely on one's perseverance .for another thing,it can do good for our health.
 
    Keep one word in mind"nothing is difficlut for one who set up his mind to do it",you will gain what you had paid.

Yes, you are right. Cereals does provide you with essential vitamins and minerals and you would notice that you feel much better and less tired after eating them regularly. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't like the tasteless feel of cereals and they prefer white rice. I never liked the bland taste of vegetables and the tasteless feel of cereals and that was a painful mistake for me.

I suffered from strange inflammation in the eyes for several years, causing unstoppable watering of the eyes. I consulted various specialists and doctors but they could not cure me. Eventually, an elderly doctor asked me to write down the thing I eat everyday and he eventually found that I was deficient in vitamins and minerals. I changed my diet and within 2 months, the problem went away.

Now, every morning I take a hearty breakfast comprising, cereals, egg, green beans and some lean meat etc. The result is I am full of energy, alert and with health problems. I take light lunches and dinners but don't feel hungry.

I advise those people who don't have breakfast to eat nutritious food in the morning because that is the time when your body is ready to absorb all the best nurtrients.

You are such strong willed. I doubt if I have the courage to prepare the breakfast every morning. This month, I have got up late twice.

haha....at first,maybe many people will feel tired,but while you insist on doing for a long time,you will find it's easy enough and regard it as a kind of joy everyday

yes,sunnyv,you have got the point.some people prefer to cook white rice ranther than the cereals for tasteless.or due to their lazy or some family members don't like to eat it.
sorry to hear that there's something wrong with your eyes,but really glad that now the problem had gone away.keep enjoy your rich breakfast everyday,as we all know,breakfast is the most important meal during the day,we have to have it everymorning but also eat it well.there are many people around us don't have breakfast,they can't get use to have it.i always tell them the problem which will suffer from while without breakfast.

good advise. breakfast is very important. Sometimes you maybe get up lately, but i suggest you should have your breakfast to let body having the necessary energy.
