Function about "purposiveness" in life

When we talk about "purposiveness" sometimes, we just always call it as ambition, or aspiring, sincerely and seriously speaking, it is a sort of work or aim that is very clearly. I have been being enlightened recently, which is that all the things should be done surrounding the purpose you want to achieve.
For all the successful persons, they have the same characteristics, which is that they always take the very strong purposiveness to do sth. For example, Chairman Mao, Napoleon, Newton, Edison, etc. These are the people who knows clearly what is their want and their aim. Then, pay a close attention to this purpose, and improve the method continuously.
Obviously, those who have no the strong purposiveness, they must waste the cherishing time, and the time is the most important fortune and resource for the successful people. Just as what Mr. LuXun said:' wasting other people' time is just thuggee."
In this way, My dear friends, we should pay more attention to this, purposiveness, whenever, whatever, wherever.
