August 15th, 2010, destined to be a special day, has been designated as the National Mourning Day for the deceased and the victims as the tragic incident of the debirs flow in Zhou-qu in Gansu Province.
At this time of sorrow o fall the nation, we are deeply grieved to convey our heartfelt condolences in membrance of the deceased in this extraordinary serious natural calamity.
The most resplendent and the most beautiful flowers in the world, I think, are youth and life which should be varied and interesting, unexpected and changing, but many have been lost before they burst into a full blossom, by shedding rays of dazzling brilliance.
With deepest sympathy to all alive and great honor to the dead, our hearts and minds went out to aoo the victims and deceased mourning with profoundest grief.
