Learn to be grateful!

When you are able to accommodate your past, feeling painful for what you have paid for the emotional hurt, it is high time that you silently bore the feelings of hostility, encouraging youself to get out of your past shadows.
Do be grateful, please, with a grateful heart. Only deep love can make one person have such a selfish act, and no one is obligated to pay the bill for previous behaviour unrelated, and accrodingly, no one is obligated to resume the responsibility for the previous feelings of experence.
Therefore, we are very happy that we live in a world full of love and gratitude.
