Good afternoon, teachers! My name is Catherine and come from **province. Now I am a graduate student from ** University, majoring in Applied Psychology. Many people may guess that Psychology is quite mysterious and the people who have learned psychology can have an insight into one's mind. Of course not, psychology itself isn't mysterious at all, it's about people's behavior and thought. (Many psychology phenomenon are so common that we can see and experience it everywhere, sometimes you aren't aware of them. Psychology tell you how to lead a happy life, how to do a better choice, how to control your emotion and time very well. ) I love my major . Futhermore I will get my master degree in 2012.
As many yongsters, I have broad interest, including playing badminton, tennis ball, and travelling. The campus in shenzhen are so comfortable and it's a good place for studying. I walk along the river at times, or go outside to experience the life in metropolis.
I worked as recruiting assistant in one company in ShenZhen this summer. It's quite a different life. The job was not very challenging, however, it gave an overview of recruitment. Moreover, I developed my communication skills with different people, and foster team spirit in the business environment. It's rewarding and valuable. On top of that, I have learned that attitude is crucial, even if you are an intern. I always believe that one would lag behind unless he keeps on learning, nomatter in the society or university. Just as the saying goes, "It's never to old to learn", I believer it and will do it.
