- sedgehead: I try! I used to run 2-3 miles a day. I had back problems. Then I walked 15 miles a week. At age 58 I can still run a mile in 10 minutes. Can you?

- sedgehead: In 1996, I had a ruptured disk in my back. My doctor said, "walk, don't run." In 2007, I tore a ligament in my foot. It took 8 months to heal!
- sedgehead: Life is not always easy, but I'll keep going as long as I can. I quit an easy job and took one that is more physical.
- sedgehead: I forgot to say, I had back surgery in 1996 to fix the disk! I was not allowed to run for six months. The docs still don't like me to run, but I can!
