Quit smoking
I start smoking at 1994 when I'm a College students.In these 17 years I smoke a box a day.I like sports so I'm in good health.But now I'm feeling very bad.So I decided to quit smoking. I must quit smoking successfully.

- Be determined. I know it is not easy. Your body needs time to forget the need of smoking. Slowly you will not need to smoke and can still feel alert. Many people have suceeded so you can too. Never hold a cigarette in your hand again. You don't need cigarettes, it just a habit.
