Advantages and disadvantages about change

Speaking of change,there is always a heated debate on whether it is good or not .
Some say we will be likely to fall prey to constant change. For one thing, the very person who expeience the change may be confronted with uneasiness and anxiety .There is no doubt that adapting to new circumstances needs added effort .For another,change may mean time wasted and money squandered if it is not well thought out.
Others ,however,hold the very opposite view that the advantages of change prevail over its disadvantages.In their opinion,,it is evident that well-planned and well-organized change may benefit us in many ways.First of all,specific changes in people's daily habits have a positive impact on our lives.Secondly,more often than not,the final desicion to make changes to a disturbing situation generates positive psychological effects,like Haw in the book <<who moved my cheese>>,it's such a comfort to know that he finally changed.Last but not the least,a career change can be translated into more diverse experience with new managerial style and more financial reward.
Personally,I think change is part of our lives,It is no exaggeration to say we live on change in a society as prosperous as ours.Therefore ,we should get a very clear perspective of change and change sometimes to make our life better .
