"first base " mean to hand in hand ,"second base "mean more closer action than before...like "touch",then third base?some American here?

- It is a slang about personal relationships between boys/girls :
First base - She agrees to go out with you.
Second base - You "make out" with her (i.e. holding hands).
Third base - Clothes come off for embrace and close contact.
Final base - Home run - The final close relationship. Ahem... you know what the means.
We need to learn these slangs or we won't know what people are talking about. Clear?
