Interviewed this morning.

 

To write the basic information, then a test for English writing, the technology and so on. and finally, the HR interview.

 

It has been a long time since my prior interview. Nervous of course. And I think I am to nervous to express myself well.

What the HR ask is very comment, such as, what do you think of our company? What do you think of yourself? What do you think the difference between the job you are asking for and your current job? What is your career plan?

 

I think, if I answer all these questions in Chinese, I may present myself very well. Bur unfortunately, I have to repsent it in English which is my weakness.

 

I am unhappy for my bad presentation. Why my English is so poor? Why I dont keep improving my English after the graduation? I hate myself for my wasting time in the past.

 

Should I just wait for the sencondment patiently for the English improvement and the new challenge in the different industry I seldom assigned before, rather than looking for a new job? Is it the right way for me to step on? Or I should follow my heart for the stay in this city? Where direction should I go?

 

Unclearly, doubtful, painful, confused.......
