it is hard to a college monitor

i have been the monitor in my class for two months, i find it is really hard to be a college monitor.
at first, i went to run for the monitor just want to temper myself through being a leader. fancy that. it is so hard to e a monitor.
when you make a decision, you should think about everyone's opinion.it is not easy to do such a funky thing. for example, when it's time to make a decision ,and you ask your classmates about their thoughts, but they do not say anything about that . they just keep silence. and then you make the decision through discussing with other class leaders. finally, when you tell your classmates the decision, they put forward their opinions. it is really displeased me . it is nasty to discuss one thing for so many times. they have done such thing for several times . i am mad at that. but i must control myself to not los my temper.
another thing, they don't match me some times .
oh, my god. there are still more than 8 months to be the monitor. what should i do to be a good monitor . how can i learn to not canplain any more.
sometimes i am just too tired.
