The theme of my life in the past three months is work and travel. About travel we went to West lake and Wuzhen in Zhejiang province and Shanghai in April. After that in June we went to Yunnan prvince. There are four places we travel to that is Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La, and Xishuangbanna. Among these places I like Lijiang and Shangri-La more. Maybe it is because that I am extravagant in my admiration of prairie and the life of riding a horse. A bout work I think that I should work harder. I think the hardest thing for me is persistence in this period of time. So I will spare no effort to do my job well, earn more money and start my next plan of travel. By the way it's for a long time that I don't write something in English and I find that so many words become vague. Terrible!!!

- Well, travel is always a premium experience and not everyone has that privilege or can afford it. Travel while you can and that never can be wrong. Envy you being able to visit Shangrila and Yunnan, both of which are my preferred destinations.

- Those places in Yunnan are also in my schedule. I heard traveling those places need a good health, it's easy to have altitude sickness, so I need to strengthen my physical state before I go to there.

- Not necessarily true. But keeping yourself fit is never a bad idea. I was there last year and it was fantastic. The best season for visit, I reckon, is May and June, when there are fewer downpours and heatwaves.

Yeah,Shangrila is really a place that deserve to visit. You can also travel to Yunnan if you have enough time.

- No exactly my friend, this time my mother went to Yunnan with us and she is a patient with hypertension but she climb up the Jade Dragon snow mountain. She didn't have a altitude sickness.just remember that be careful and have a rest if you feel tired while undertaking strenuous activity. Because in Shangrila you may feel that it's hard to breathe sometimes.
