Long time no see my friends, miss here very much. Just now I heard the English song 'you are my sunshine' and what appeared on my mind is dioenglish, and I know that I have to come here to write something. During these days I am very busy doing all kinds of work. what's more I become fatter,sad

- Oh where have you been? Miss you. It is good to be busy but take care of yourself. Don't eat too much in each meal. You can get fatter after you get married but not now.

- Once I lost weight of 5 kios ,but the weight has come back .No woman likes getting fat. Every day I prepare a lot of fruit for myself and I also like eating vegetables . I always have a good appetite. Now I walk to and from my work unit .And every time it takes me about 30 minutes on the way . It is said that the person who cares too much about her weight gets fat more easily because she may fail to eat regularly and wisely . I have reduced the food amount of my supper .Hope I won't get too fat . Good luck to you ,my fair lady!
