Hedonism or not

With the progress of society and people's living condition, I find that nowadays people pay more attention to entertainment. Because when I published a message about happy hours for example the beautiful pictures travelled to some places there would be so many like which send out by my friends. But when I published a message about my mood usually the sad mood and there would rarely be a comment below the message. In sina microblog I always saw that celebrities complain that young people amuse themselves to death and never care about the state affairs and the sad affairs happen around the world for example earthquake and so on. Yet and for me I am a little hedonism, "a little" yes, I can only describe myself as a little hedonism because when I am in a mood of extremely happy I will easily feel sad. that's what I feel strange and don't know why， for example like this afternoon I am in a extremely good mood and on the other hand I heard the voice of my inner heart that it is right？ I don't know if you guys have this kind of feeling? and let's return to the topic I don't know if it is good for people to live life like what celebrity said "amuse themselves to death" or not. but in my opinion most of the young people will never live life like what the celebrity said. there are more responsible people in our life we just live life with entertainment spirit which never mean that we are amuse ourselves to death.

- People don't like to hear about the sadness or problems of others because it is not easy to give helpful advice. People would choose to avoid discussing about those unhappy things. Seems people are selfish by nature. The mentality is that if you are better than me, I would lose out, so why should I help you. This is a wrong attitude. Everyone needs the support of each other. Walking a difficult is much easier if we have friends beside us.
Amuse oneself to death is easy to say but impossible to do. We have to face a lot of unknown difficulties and challenges, so it is impossible to be happy all the time. We should be realistic in dealing with out problems. Just do not stretch yourself too much and don't give yourself too much pressure. Time will solve all problems.
However, sometimes advise from friends can help
