Do you ever have this kind feeling that you will feel sad sometimes but you don’t want to turn to someone for help. I don’t know why I am so sad tonight maybe it is caused by so many things. There are so many things to worry about. Sad want to cry

- Dear, who doesn't feel sad and helpless sometimes? Most of us does. Sometimes, we even feel down for no obvious reason. There are so many things happening around us and we are facing so much pressure. There are so many things we try to do but cannot. Many things we hope for don't come true. Others seem to be doing well and happy and we don't we don't.
Life is so tiring and demanding. Why can't we just get away from it all and live our ideal life?
Never mind, so long as you have good health, caring family, one or two good friends, a reasonable future, then it is good enough. The rest just leave it to fate. Whatever will be will be. The future is not always in our control.
Everyday is a new day, time cures everything.

- Yes dear, talking to others can make you feel better and lighten misery. Nice of you to bring up this problem because it goes both ways. It does relieve my past hard and difficult days. I myself also need remedy for my past pain. I am using my words to you to comfort myself too. Indeed, just let things take it's own course. Take care.
