April 1st of 2003, Leslie Cheung, whose Chinese name is Guorong Zhang, jumped from a hostel in Hong Kong.

In the movie Happy Together, the role of Baorong is just like you. Both are bigoted like gamblers, betting everything on love. Maybe you are more like an innocent boy, following your heart and defying the entire world. But you don’t realize that all you want is not love but the sense of security which love can never bring. “Li Yaohui, how about we start all over again?” The love is doomed to death from the start.

In the end, nothing is left but the permanent memory.
