The first time I came here, it was a raining day. The interview was for an internship I wanted so much. I even considered it my dream job I had been searching. When I arrived, I stopped at the glassdoor for like ten minutes. I was nervous, excited, shy and afraid. Through the glass door, I could see it was a big office room, It was quiet and no one was talking. everyone seemed busy with their eyes on something I could not see. I hesitated with the question that haunted Hamlet, to be or not to be. Part of me wanted to push open the glassdoor and walk straight ahead and talk to the first person that would lay eye on me...........I do not remember how I came in, it does not matter now. When I sat down, I was given two papers to fulfill by a man who later I knew was Brayn, and a glass of water by a smilling lady I do not remember now, I am not sure. Anyway, I think I did well in the written exam for the next day I received an email informing me  of another exam, this time, it was a test for computer skills, It was a disaster. I had not idea about Excel, not to  mention how to draw a table to fix a picture put in it so they fit each other as a whole.  I did not give up anyway. The next day, I rushed to the internet for information about Excel usage. I did the paper the second time and emailed Byran with a letter and the next day, I began my inership as an editor.

It was four month ago. I am  not a quick learner, my lack of information about computer must have horrified Bryan. Even today, I still need to ask him many times to make a specific term clear in my head.  Looking back, I realized some mistakes I had made had nothing to do with competency, it was about how careful I was. When it comes to editing, you have to make sure that  a Chinese puncution should not appear in a English text, the size of the pucture should not be over 50kb, the the picture you chose should make the reader eye-pop, and you have to make quick decisions about which picture should be chosen, because there are so many beautiful picutes on Baidu and Google and you can only choose one of them, you look this one and that one and you quickly get lost about which one should more fit the context. And there are habits you have to form to make sure that you move fast so you can leave the office at six.
