A colleague said farewell to us through mail today. It was a mail full of happiness and appreciation.But we know if he was really happy in these two years in this company, he will not go.

From our eyes, he is very a nice guy.It is widely accepted that he is a real gentleman.He acted as the photographer in every company activities and presented excellent pictures, he organized badminton activities in weekends and arranged everything  pretty well, every his partner praised him for his good job.But the boss did not buy these.He used to be a departmental leader in a world famous company, and was hired by the new estalbished department in our company. But later another guy was promoted to the manager in that department, whom we think are in no way comparable to him.

From then on, we can also see his gentle figure everwhere,we can frequently hear compliments to him from everyone,  but he is not high-spirited any more.We know he will leave sooner or later.

There is missing one gentleman in our compmany, but we should be happy for him. It is unfair to take more time to prove him.There must be a better stage.

We are remaining, performing cautiously, we will see who will play well and who will seek a better stage.
