Do I still have dreams?

 Some years ago, I had dreams. I dreamed of going abroad for study, traveling around the world, caring about wild animals. Now I got my PhD, have a job and family. I have to work every day, after work I have to deal with my family relationship. It seems that I don't have much time for myself. However, deep in my heart, I still want to go for my dreams. But I know that means I have to sacrifice many things for it,

  I'm so confused.
