I hate myself like this

A new day has come. I'm so lazy. I waked up at 6:00 in the morning. After having my breakfast, I go out for a walk. The weather is so hot, I stayed out for about 1 hour and went back home. Now I am surfing the internet and don't want to do anything. I should read some materials and prepare my task. I hate myself, I just couldn't cheer up and focus on my work.
When can I grow up? When can I focus on my career?
