Actually she is my English teacher. Her name is Cathy, and she is from America. Because our teacher Kelly was ill, she came to teach us. At first, I didn’t think she was able to teach as well as Kelly did, because she didn’t have many topics for us to discuss. Once, she made a debate, and the topic was ‘non-smoking law’. I had to say, the debate didn’t go well, because we didn’t have many ideas. She told us that she didn’t use to teach such a class, so she didn’t really know what to do. She used to teach some very young students, they were about 4 or 5 years old. But now, I think she is good. She always came up with some games. Oh that’s what we all like.

And to tell you a secret, she and I waited for the same bus. So I had more opportunities to talk with her, and after having some extra conversation, I liked her more and more. She was very kind to me. Although I couldn’t talk very fluently, she was very tolerant.

Today she told me that tomorrow there would be a new teacher teaching us, she would have a traveling with her friends. I don’t know whether I can see her again, I hope I can.

On the bus, I was thinking about something to tell her. ‘Will you come back? Umm, I think I have got used to waiting for the bus with you.’ This was what I wanted to say, but disappointed, I didn’t say that.

‘Come on! Work harder and be a great diplomat!’ She said to me.

‘Yeah, I will!’ That was my answer. And then I said goodbye to her and got off the bus.
