About My Plan to Change

OK, this is my first English Blog which stems from a plan concerning myself.To be honest,I want to improve myself long time ago in some way.But the result wasn't satisfying.
I will start my postgraduate years right now, it is so short that makes me very comfortable,because two years later i'll find a job and start my life as a real social man .That's why I want to make a detailed plan.
With this in mind,I start to think another question ,that's what kind of plan should be ,not too broad ,not too hard to implement.When i think those ,an idea flashes in my mind---which kind of person on earth I want to become . That sounds like ridiculous,isn't it ?But I have to make it clear,at least to some extent. So I make a list:

Erudite.

Healthy.
-
Responsible and kind.

Leadership.
that not a detailed list,but these are things that come to my mind right now.About erudit,I want to have broad major skills,programming skills.There are many a book int many fields which i need to read,computer science,Computer Graphics,literature,and so on.That needs a more detailed plan.About Heathy,I must work out alawys,playing basketball with my friends, jogging,tabletennis.All in one word ,pratice always.About responsible and kind,I often think myselt as a person that lacks some responsibilities,no matter in basketball court or in real life.If you want to success,responsibility is a neccisity.On the other hand ,you need to learn to be kind to your employee ,friends,your partner,your boss.About leadership ,I want to have my own company.Maybe it looks kind of far away right now ,but i will stick to it.To implement any single point of these four will never easy,but as mentioned before ,it is my plan,which maybe will cost my entire life to accompany.I know I can realize step by step,because i think i can.So the next step is :to make a detailed and achievable plan.

- Come on! So envy you've already finished the postgraduate entrancing exams, while I still have to wait for more than half a year.
