Anyway , that's our principle of not providing free lunch to our customers based on the precondition of NO ORDER in advance and then the sample should be charged upon the foundation of no P.O & no PAID ! Even though we're trying our best to pave a bright and unprecedented  road for you on the deal ,yet as for the first time cooperation we should obey to the business policy for safety and benefits to both of parts.

Well, if you have chinese friends in China, you can invite them to come to our company for sample quality check or visit our company so that you can rest assured that you have belief in our company and our qualified products under the trust to your chinese friends. Do you hope so? If you are convenient or time permits, we're welcome you to pay a visit to our company for a sit any time as you wish. If you can arrange your schedule or routine in China , we're waiting for your arrival at our great motherland China . By the way, to your honored Turkish company, as it's well known that as a wealthy company located in Turkey they won't be that stingy to devote a small sample penny to purchase some sets of stamps with your sincerity and likeness.

Yes, We would buy 200-300 sets because we wanted to see your products. This quantity was for our sample order.

But then you mentioned that 200-300sets is really small quantity for an order. But, we also have to see your product's quality. So, we want a few sets as samples from you to see your products.

After see your products, we will not give 200-300sets, we will give order in huge amounts like 10000-20000USD. But, firstly we want to see the quantity. So, we want you to send us a few samples.

Other point, if you will accept to send samples to us, you will send these samples to our chinese friend. And our friend could not pay the delivery cost. We could not want this from her. So, we asked from you to pay the delivery cost.

This is just a favour to start our businesship.

If you want to purchase some samples you can directly provide us  a  SAMPLE P.O so that we can be prepared for you . Concerning the sample fee it will be refunded to you after you confirm the sales contract up to the expected quantity ! So hope your urnderstanding.
