My favorite movie is the pursuit of happiness. This movie is inspired by a true story. Maybe that’s the reason why it touches the deepest part of my heart. The leading man called Chris Gardner who is living on selling a kind of medical machine which is regarded as relatively expensive and unnecessary. Due to this reason, it is extremely hard for him to sell them all out and achieve a comfortable life. His wife is a worker who bears too much pressure and always complaint about the hardship of their life. Fortunately, they got a lovely son who can always bring them some hope and motivation. However, they still live at a poor level and struggle hardly for a better life. One day, he accidently has a conversation with a stock broker. From that moment on, he makes his mind in being a successful stock broker since he has confidence in his math ability and interpersonal relationship. But everything is not going smoothly. He is determined to take part in the program, but later he finds out that this program just takes 20 people every six months, and only one of them can get the job. What’s more, during the six months, they can’t get any payment. Undoubtedly, this seems an impossible challenge for him. At last, he makes decision to grasp this opportunity and pursue for happiness. Too many obstacles are waiting for him to resolve. Personally speaking, the most impressive scene is that one day, he and his son are chased out by the landlord, they can’t go anywhere but a public toilet to spend a night. When someone knocks heavily on the door and tries to get in the toilet, he makes effort to stop that people getting in and waking up his sleepy son. His eyes are full of tears, at that moment; I can see his fragile and frightening. At last, he makes a great success and has pursued the happiness.

From this movie, I have a better understanding of the significance of persistence and the power of our dreams. Under that hard circumstance, he still insists on pursuing his dream and refuses to give up. It is his spirit that wins him back the great success. Moreover, good interpersonal relationship and great personal quality are beneficial for us to embrace a successful life and achieve our own value.
