DioEnglish.com is hard to open

when i was at home i didn't meet this problem, because i used China Telecom's Broadband. but now back at school, we use China Railcom's service. they got the monopoly here and the quality of their service is poor.
very often, i can not open DioEnglish.com at daytime. but at night i can. i don't know why.
i think the China Railcom's Broadband being not good is one reason but DioEnglish.com also have something to blame.
did you meet the same problem?

- i did not,i surf at office.as your problem,i think many schoolmates use the only ordinary netting twine can cause “traffic” jam.

- I have a superfast and powerful internet line. I find dioenglish's pages open slower than others and sometimes stops in the middle waiting for something. At other times, the site is exceptionally slow, therefore, a slow line and dioenglish speed added together can cripple the site. I also could not upload pictures because I am using Windows ME and IE6. I use ME because it is faster than XP and I never got virus of any problems before.
