Going back to my senior high school

 

Looking back my life, it seems that I always learn new lessons, go to new places, and meet new people. I spent my childhood in countryside with my mother, because my father was in the army. When I was in the second year in primary school, my family moved to another province in China, and we settled down in a small town. After my Junior high school I have to go to a big city to get much better education in a senior high school. And now I am in a different province again to further my education in a university. The most difficult time for me is in my senior high school. If I could go back in (to) the past, I would like go back to my senior high school to make it happier and more successful.

 

The first time I left home is the moment I get on the train to a big city to go to my senior high school. For all the three years I didn't know how to make good friends with other students, because all of us were so busy all the time to prepare for our National College Entrance Examination. The only one friend I had was a beautiful girl who came from the same town with me. But we two were different person, which I found after a long time we first shack hands with each other. But by then it seems too late to make new friends. So I feel lonely and sad all the time in that period. Worse more, I didn't know how to communicate with my parents. We made telephone call each week, but we only talk for ten minutes. I didn't know what to say, nor did they.

 

If I went to the past, I would try to make new friends, as I did now. I would play with them and share my experience with them. Also, I would communicate with my parents much more, as I did now. I would tell them the progress I made, the events happened around me, how many score I got, what my future plan is. I think with the love comes from my friends and parents my life would be just so happy, as I did now.

 

On the other hand, the coming National College Entrance Exam made me feel terrible. The main reason is I didn't know how to study. All I could do is following my teacher, who gave us numerous assignments which I always could not finish in time. However, most of the assignments turned out useless to me. I knew how to deal with the one I had known, but I cannot figure out the remains forever, because I do not have time to study by my own. It is obviously due to my study method. If I went to the past, I would not repeat and repeat the things I already know, I would pay more attention to the rest part which I don't know. Only in this way can I make progress.

 

Now as a college student I know more about how to live a life and how to study well. Though I cannot go back to the past, I will make my future much better. Maybe this is so called making progress.
