After the happiness always comes to the sadness.
My plan maybe will be failed.
After I told my leader that I wanna change to another dept,what her reaction?"Forget it"!
OMG...
A lot of things I would do in this department she said.And she always said that she will rise my salary next year as long as I forget my changing department thing.
Everybody who has read my this article,could u pls give me some opinion wheather I should insist on changing to another department which I dreamed to or just obey my leader to stay the same office?
One point is that I have been waited for one year to enter exportation dept which I mentioned in the last article.

- some years ago, i was in the same situation as you are now. At that time i had no choice except for resignation. i continued to work hard in the 'unwanted' dept for another 2 years. And then i had a chance to be promoted. i think sometimes you may have to wait for the time and prepare for the next step. good luck!
