I have ordered a kind of metal etchant for experiments, and will get it tomorrow.  

The furnace becomes litter better, I am doing another experiment tonight and hope it makes it this time.

what I will do tomorrow:

1. get in-situ SEM data;

2. use the new etchant to etch metal. get AFM data; some AFM information in details;

3. Raman is necessary, but I have no idea how to collect;

4. make sure about plasma etching;
