- It is a good topic to discuss in morden society.In my opinion,it is possible for colleagues to be friends,but the relationship can not be the same as it in university.Maybe after some colleagues leaving our company, it is possible to become a heart-to-heart friend.If they are still our colleagues, in order to protect ourselves, we dare not tell a colleague everything or opinions of ourselves even if he or she is kind.The things we should do is to be friendly to every collegue but do not be too close to them.
