Next time will I cry again?

After work as an Asian Games Volunteer for two nights all long, I cannot help but to tear my eyes when I asked for leave, though he did not want me to do it at all. In fact, I have to work from 10pm. to 7am. for one month untill I got shift. I cannot stay awake and to keep standing for the whole night. I felt tired and angry. I really want to have a good rest without any pressure. What am I suppose to do? Who can help me get rid of the hard situation??
Now I have to face the problem by my own, for this is none of others business.

- I must explain that this is not a job but have to do it without any complain,because I work for Asian Games and Asian Para Games. Anyway, I feel happy that I have learned something from these two Games.
