Do not waste your time on waiting

It was last night that I called one of my classmates, and we tallked about what the jobs we got and the other things. Everything has changed since we are not a student, and become a member of this society.
What made me surprised is the environment that can make her sick if she keeps staying there. I learned that she have been there for 3 weeks without learning anything. I know that is it not her fault but the company. They employed them but leave them, no computer or desk, not alone training courses. They broke their promises, but the worse, they waste my classmate's time of starting a job career.
The story ends and now what I am thinking is that never waste your time on waiting, if someone really needs you, you dont have to wait such a long time. And if you dont take any actions, just waiting, good things wont come to you, and you will feel sorry about your wasted life.
Time is limited. Why not seize every minute and do good things? We need to create our life, hopes is rely on you, not others. We need others help, but firstly, offer your help to them. Pls always remember that, no pain, no gain.
Good things always belong to the one who have abilities and good preparations.Just look forward.
