When I tell my friends that I am reading a book called Du Lala's promotion, most of us will recall the movie also named the Promotion of Du Lala. But right now, I suggest those who just start their job career to get some time to learn the skills of communication.
It is very common to see when the relationship got problems with colleagues. For one reason, we all have our own mind to follow our heart, but it is not so easy to persuade your supervisor or colleagues to follow your rules. For another reason, your job experience and sociality which depends you have to follow steps before you are excellent to control everything.
In this case, we have to follow the rules and try to learn more, no more complaints. I understand sometimes it too strange of the rules that control our minds, but the best way to get along well with your colleagues is got their main points and act as they want you to be.
And, as a newcomer, all you can do is take good care of the relationship with colleagues then you can start your work without any difficulties. By doing this, then you must stick to your goal and be patient and strong.
I think I still got long long way to go, so have to smile to face the unknow future.
