i am on duty of human resource in an IT corporate.everyday a part of my work is to hunter the right resumes and then interview. many candidates come and go,those who are excellent and have great chance to chose refused our offer ,those who have little or not appropriate job experience are refused by us.it is too hard to hunter a right person!but many graduate students complain there are more cruel competition but less opportunity in job-hunting.who can tell me what the really reason is ?

- Here I got one question to ask a HR: how you will judge he or she is the person you want to interview after you read the application. As you know, usually we will send letters to those we are interested in, but not everyone would reply.

As you know, usuusually we care about two things_the major in college and the job experience after graduate.some resume would get an interview,some would not .but you can refresh your resume and go on deliver untill get a reply.
