The supervisor assigned me a new task for next month the other day: beginning to do link exchange. To be frank, I had never heard about link exchange until she gave me the new assignment. However, I have to take charge of it. I have learnt something about it from internet, still having no clear idea on how to do it well..... Our company is mainly in charge of multimedia tools such as video converters, Blu-ray ripper, DVD Ripper and so on. What should I do.
