Life is exciting and convenient in the city.People can enjoy all sort s of services and forms of entertainment such as restaurants,department stores,and concert halls.The latest exhibitions,films or plays are always within easy reach.In addition taxicab,bus and subway systems are easy to navigate.More importantly,people can get qualified education and good health care.Opportunities for bright young people are greater in cities.In a word,city life is colorful.
Living in the country is simple and quiet.The air is fragrant and fresh.People there are in close contact with nature.They are friendly and acquainted with one anothet .You can never fail to receive a friendly nod or a kind word from anyone you chance to meet.Moreover,people become strong and healthy from farm work.All these can make country life very enjoyable.
However,both lives have their disadvantages.The city is often overcrowded and noisy.The air is polluted with poisonous gases emitted by the smokestacks of factories.Day and night the city is blocked up with its unceasing traffic and the traffic accidents that occur every day.In the country,life is somewhat outdated and conservative.Educational facilities and medical services are not fully developed.To some people,country life may be rathder tedious and tasteless.
So,modern development is needed in the country while in the cities,steps must ve taken to reduce pollution and traffic problems..
