The initial vote stands 11-1,with the No.8 standing against the other juries.Althjugh he is not sure that the bojy is innocent,he is uncomfortable wiith the idea that they neglece to discuss the case and decide his fate with a superficial first tally.
As the discussion unfold, the men reveal much about their own characters and this plays a factor in how they think and vote in this case. The angriest man is No.3,asimple man who always shojuting and bullying others. The bad relationship with his son make him think that the young are bad.No.10 have prejudice to those kind of people live in the slums. The others are far less angry.
In the film,No.8 champions the best of our legal system, going beyond the confiness of the court appointed defendant lawyer and asking the questions that should have been asked in court. The film supports the idea that jery mimbers should have a right ask questions. And by No.8"s react in the film,it warn that jury must takes his jury resonsibilities seriously, shoundn"t make fun of a man"s life with inresponsible attitude'
