After watching the movie<<12 angry man>>I was greatly moved I think it’s a goood movie worth watching

Although there’re not much scene in the movie mainly in a jury room it gives a vivid description of 12 juror’s characteristics Here I want to make a comment on the Jury System in America Just everything thing has two sides and the Jury System in American is not an exception as far as I am concerned its advantages outweigh disadvantages

To start with it demonstrates democracy gives civil the rights to participate in the governing of the countty and shows the intellectual of the civil As we all know the jury consists of 12 ordinary people from different backgroung none of them is involved in the relationship between the defendabt or the accuser nor did them know each other before so it can make the trail fair at utmost

Secondly it can prevent the jury from erruptionDuring the trail all the juror menbers have no chance connect with the judge personnally and the processing of the trail by jury menbers is kept secret what’s more  the votes made by 12 jurors must the same otherwise it will be a hang jury Under these circumstances do you think it is possible for the judge to make a partial verdict?

Lasely the Jury System allows for “resonable doubt” which indicates the governor take the interst of civil to the first place and do whatever they can to protect their legal rights it unquestionably contributes to a country’s prosperity

The disadvantages is that it involves in tremendous money and work

In a word the advantages outweigh the disadvantages in terms of the Jury System in America maybe our country should draw lessons from the Westen culture ethod to develop our country more stonger
