I have been doing foreign trade for nearly 2 month,but I haven't found a new customer so far.When I began to do foreign trade, I'm very lucky to take over the work of one old salesmen. She gave me some old customers.I have send many emails to these old customers, but only several customers reply me, and just two customers place an order to me, the others no reponse. I feel very anxiety now,because I worry about losing these customers . who can tell me how to follow-up the old customer?
