Why highly educated women hard to get married

With the growth of the society and the values of people ,more and more highly-educated women come into being.But the problem were come fellow.many high-degree women are difficult to get married.I think the reason for it are as fellows:
Firstly,women who have a high degree always have a high standard to the man.They always think that only the same standard men can fit them.They cann't stand thire husband's academic credentials is lower than themselves.
‘Birds of a feather flock together.'In that case ,they will have more common things to share and same taste. Secondly,after these years study,their age were little old,and most men don't like their wife's age is older that themselves.They prefer a woman whose age is younger than themselves,it can make hem feel they are man and have the ability to protect you. Third, I think men's self-respect was very strong,they can't accept the woman whose aility and income is higher than themselves. Last but not least,their parens wouldn't agree their daughter married a common person,they want their child married a man who has nice income and nice famliy background.
Above all ,i think the main reason is that the requirement is too high and some of them like to spend their enegry on work.But the most important thing is their have found their Mr.right yet.
