Apperance doesn't mean everything

Nowadays, more and more "beauty"came into being.But really all the beautiful girls are natureral? until now I don't know what is a beauty,what kind of girl can called beauty ? is it really important in our society ?maybe.
Many girls are pay much attention to thire apperance.I think it is not somebody's fause,it is a tendency .it is because people's aesthetics
have changed,many place needs these beauties.some people said that a beautiful face is a key to success.on some aspects,it is ture.But there is something more important than beautiful face ,that is ,ability.If you doesn't have some internal things ,beauty is only an empty box.If you have the internal thing then we can call it add brilliance to one's present splendor .
I really think ability ia very important ,especially when I am as a college student.even if you enter a company at the first step,but if can do some effictive things to the company you'll be fired. so the ability is the more important thing ,of couse,you should work hard.
