Leave or stay?

I don't like my present job.I really want to change another working place. But I always consider the situation of the company. There are only five ladies, and one for assistant, four of us are the purchasing clerk. The manager will go to American this weekend. When I want to leave here then I have a lot of thoughts. This company gave me my first job, so I want there is enough workers and they can handle problems by themselves. In this case, I can leave here without any regret. The manager also want to employ more people, but only several employee come to the interview and unluckly it's always fail at the end. After much hoping, a new one came last week, but have gone yesterday.
I want to leave very much and quite soon, and I also leave without any regrets. What can I do now?

- Maybe you consider the current situation of your company,but i think your feeling is the most important,even if without you,there are another four people can handle with it.What' more,if you want to leave,you cann't work intently.

- I remembered the saying, what is good job? First, it will not disturb your rest time. That is to say you can have enough time to have a rest and keep good hours. Second, you can have enough time to enjoy the life with your family. Third, your salary can support your family. That is it! So maybe sometimes we have to pay our passion on the work. But if it is really a job that make you sad, you can leave it.

my suggestion,if there are beauties in your company,then try to invite some males to take the job,vice versa.

Another point, my boss never like to employ a man any more after once before a male employee connected with the company's customers himself. In the company, our responsibility is only purchasing, finding out the proper suppliers, never connect with the order customer and can't talk anything about the pirce or some other information of the products. But the man emailed to the customer, and be found out. After that there is no male(except the boss) in the office and never to be employed.
