In my life I have met many people who are really worth recalling. But perhaps the most unforgettable person I’ve ever known is my history teacher in my high school.

  First of all, I was attracted by her lively wit. I remember that we students always anticipated this class with great eagerness. Second, she gave us the greatest gift a teacher can offer-an awakening of a passion for learning. She not only led us to know historical events, but also aroused our great interest in exploring something deeper in history. Finally, I was deeply impressed by the respect she showed for us. As she treated us like friends rather than students, we all like her very much.

   Although it is nearly 4 years since I attended her last class, she is also the talk of our old classmates, and I know part of her has already stayed in my heart.
